  한국원자력의학원과 베트남 108군병원 간의 양자협력의 일환으로, 베트남 108 MCH 펠로우십이 2024년 5월 23일 수료식을 끝으로 성공적으로 마무리되었다. 이번 펠로우십 프로그램은 2024년 3월 1일부터 2024년 5월 25일까지 약 3개월간 진행되었다.

  한국원자력의학원과 베트남 108군병원은 지난 2019년 4월 9일, △방사성동위원소 응용분야에 대한 전문지식 및 경험 교류, △전문가 교육 교류 및 지원, △임상시험 및 임상 연구의 과학적 결과 공유를 목표로 업무협약(MOU)을 체결한 바 있다.

  이번 펠로우십 프로그램은 이러한 협약의 일환으로 진행되었으며, 베트남에서 참가한 Nguyen Dinh Chau(방사선종양학과장)와 Le Manh Duc(의학물리학자) 두 명의 연수생은 원자력병원 방사선종양학과의 지도 아래 소분할 방사선치료 및 그 응용 분야에 대한 연구와 개발 협력에 관한 교육을 성공적으로 이수하였다.

  한국원자력의학원과 베트남 108군병원 간의 이번 협력은 양국 간의 학술적 교류를 촉진하고, 소분할 방사선치료에서 상호 발전을 도모하는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다. 앞으로도 두 기관은 지속적인 협력을 기반으로, 의료 및 과학 분야의 발전을 위해 동반 노력할 예정이다.

  KIRAMS and 108 MCH successfully concluded the Vietnam 108 MCH Fellowship with a completion ceremony on May 23, 2024. This fellowship program, part of the bilateral cooperation between the two institutions, was conducted from March 1, 2024, to May 25, 2024, spanning approximately 3 months.

  KIRAMS and 108 MCH signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 9, 2019, with the goals of △exchanging expertise and experience in the application of radioisotopes, △supporting professional education exchanges, and △sharing scientific results from clinical trials and research.

  This fellowship program, conducted under the MOU, two trainees from Vietnam, Nguyen Dinh Chau(Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology) and Le Manh Duc(Medical Physicist), successfully completed their training under the guidance of the Radiation Oncology Department at KIRAMS. Their training focused on hypofractionated radiotherapy and its applications, including research and development collaborations.

  The collaboration between KIRAMS and Vietnam's 108 MCH encourage academic exchange and mutual advancement in the field of hypofractionated radiotherapy. Both institutions are committed to ongoing cooperation to contribute to the development of medical and scientific fields.
